Surrogacy generally means is a legal arrangement in which a woman agrees to become pregnant and bear a child for the benefit of another person who will become the kid’s parent.
The legal problems surrounding surrogacy in India are rather complicated.

The commissioning parents and the surrogate mother were both protected by the standards. It did, however, make sex-selective surrogacy treatments illegal.
